Together with the agent, the Junction assistant waits for the next call. The Junction solution detects the beginning and end of a call independently. As soon as the call starts, the Junction Assistant starts automatically and enables the agent to make a distraction-free call.

DURING the call

If the agent uses desired words and/or phrases during the call, a visual confirmation is shown. However, if the agent uses undesired words, the Junction Assistant warns the agent. Additionally, the respective speech ratio is displayed, as well as how many words are used and at what volume the agent speaks.
