Our recruiting process is not the same for all roles but most of the time we follow this structure:
1. Job interview
In this 30-minute interview with our recruiter, you will receive a brief overview of Junction, the team and the specifics of the vacant position. We want to know from you why you think that we need you in our team and which experiences you bring along.
2. Culture Fit Interview
This interview usually takes 45 minutes and provides further insight into Junction’s culture, our team’s diversity and how we work. From our side you can expect some behavioral questions.
3. Business interview
This is a one-hour in-depth interview. Depending on the position you applied for, you can expect a live coding challenge with two of our developers or you can expect questions about the typical role requirements. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to ask detailed questions about your job and our company.
4. Final interview
Now you meet your manager. This balanced meeting is about dialogue. We want to get to know you and your personality even better. In order to test your suitability for the company and your professionalism one last time, there is another technical task to be solved.
5. Offer
If you’ve impressed us, we will make you an official offer and look forward to welcoming you on board.
